The exact scope of involvement, whether that means periodic site checks or continuous coordination through execution, is agreed and defined during the first conversation, based on what the specific project actually needs.

Design Consultation

Start with clarity.

A Design Consultation is a focused session to walk through your space, understand your requirements and priorities, and get direct, expert input on layout, materials, and design direction — before deciding on anything larger. It works well for a specific question about a room or a renovation you’re already planning, and it’s equally useful simply to understand what a full design project would involve for your particular space, before committing to one.

The session itself is straightforward: Shekhar visits the space (or reviews it over a video call), discusses what you’re trying to achieve and any constraints — budget, timeline, existing layout — and shares direct recommendations on the spot. You leave with a clear sense of direction, and a written summary of what was discussed.

If, after the consultation, the project calls for a complete design and coordinated execution, that naturally moves into Full-Service Interior Design — there’s no pressure to decide that upfront.

Includes:

Site visit or video walkthrough of the space
Discussion of requirements, priorities, budget, and constraints
Direct recommendations on layout, materials, and colour
A written summary sent after the session

Full-Service Interior Design

Complete design. Coordinated execution.

Complete interior design from initial consultation and space planning through design development, detailed documentation, and execution coordination, with continued design involvement during implementation. Shekhar remains directly involved throughout — the level of site involvement, from periodic checks to more frequent coordination, is agreed upfront and matched to the project’s scope and complexity.

Initial consultation and space planning
Concept development and 3D visualization
Detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQ
Material and finish selection
Execution coordination with contractors and vendors
Continued design involvement through to completion, according to the agreed scope

Contractors and vendors are engaged and paid directly by the client throughout.

Understand the Project
We begin with a conversation about your space, requirements, lifestyle or business needs, priorities, budget and timeline. We also review the site and understand what the project needs from a design perspective.

Shape the Direction
We translate the brief into a clear design direction. Space planning, functionality, aesthetics, materials and practical considerations are brought together to establish the foundation of the project.

Develop the Design
The approved direction is developed into the required design package — including layouts, 3D visualisations, material selections, detailed working drawings, specifications and BOQ, depending on the selected service.

Bring the Design to Site
The design moves into execution with the client’s appointed contractors and vendors. Depending on the service selected, we remain involved through design clarification, site visits, design implementation reviews and contractor coordination on design-related matters.

Complete the Designed Space
As the project approaches completion, we review the design implementation within the agreed scope and address remaining design-related requirements to help bring the project to completion.
